We require this information to ensure it is safe for us to carry out your chosen treatments and for insurance purposes. Your information will be stored for 7 years from the date of your last treatment or for 7 years after you reach the age of 18 if you were under 18 at the time of treatment.
Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is “contract” meaning we require this information to provide our services. You are not obligated to share your personal data however if you choose not to we will be unable to carry out treatments at Dee’s Beauty. By providing your information you enable us to deliver treatments safely and effectively.
What If I Don’t Want My Records Held for That Long?
Under GDPR you have the right to request in writing that your records be deleted. In this case all paper records will be securely cross-shredded and any electronic data (such as emails or text messages) will be permanently deleted from all devices. Only your deletion request will be retained. In certain circumstances our insurance provider’s legal team may need to verify information we have processed.

Paper consultation forms are stored in a secure, locked cabinet.
Electronic records are stored on password-protected devices.
Text messages are stored on a work phone secured with a passcode.
Emails are protected by secure login credentials.
All electronic documents containing sensitive information are securely stored and password protected.

With your consent we may contact you with information about our products and services using the details you have provided. You are not required to agree to marketing in order to receive treatment.
