Cancellations are free up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the service price, and no-shows will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy
If you are no longer able to attend your appointment there is a 48 hours notice period. Failure to comply will result in a 50% charge or full treatment price.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice.
No shows or cancellation on the day of the appointment will result in a 100% charge, failing to do this will result in you being removed from the client database preventing bookings in the future.
