We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.If you are unable to attend your appointment please inform us as soon as possible to avoid charges.
Repeated late cancellations or failure to attend appointments may result in removal from our client database and refusal of future bookings.
